Renting supplies for an event is not something you do everyday.  We know you have lots of questions and have attempted to answer some of the more common ones here.  Of course, we are always just a phone call away at 812-282-1055 and we love to talk to our customers!

 

 

I'm not quite sure what I need- can you help?

Absolutely!  Just give us a call at 812-282-1055.

 

How soon do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations can be made at any time.  For the busiest months (April, May, June, September, and October), as well as holidays, we recommend placing your reservation at least 6 weeks before your event date.  However, we can take reservations up until the "last minute", depending on availablity.  While we have a large inventory, we do get completely booked  at times.  Therefore, for your peace of mind, booking early is the way to go!

 

How do I make a reservation?

Just call or stop by the store.  We will need your phone number, address, event date, and payment. 

 

Can I make payments?

Payment options may be available, based on order details.

 

 

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Any cancellations (except dance floors) made up to 14 days prior to the event date will receive a complete refund. (Dance floor reservations are non-refundable.)
 

Can I have my order delivered?

Yes.  The delivery/pickup fee is one flat fee for your entire order.  The cost is based on mileage. 

 

Can I pick up my rental items at the store?

Most items can be picked up at the store.  Tents, dance floors, and larger inflatables (5 in 1 combo, obstacle course, slides) must be delivered due to size and to ensure correct installation

 

When will my order be delivered?

You will be contacted the week of your event to let you know when your delivery will be.  Delivery can be any day the week of your event, depending on our schedule.  We do our best to be flexible and work with your schedule.

 

Is set-up and take-down included in delivery?

The following items include set-up and take -down  with delivery: Tents, Lighting, Dance Floors and Inflatables. 

 

Set-up and Take-down is offered for tables and chairs and is priced individually, allowing you to choose which options work best for you.

How many people can be seated at each size table?

How can I determine the size dance floor I need?

Dance floors are determined by the total number of guests, but take into consideration that not everyone will dance.

What's the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?

Pole tents have center poles and must be staked.  Pole tents are most commonly used on grass, gravel, and sometimes asphalt. 

 

Frame tents do not have center poles and can be installed with minimal staking or weighting.  If a frame tent cannot be staked, water barrels must be used for weighting.   Frame tents are most commonly used on concrete or asphalt.

What size tent do I need?

A lot of factors determine tent size.  The best way to figure the size tent you need is to call us with the answers to the following questions:

 

What surface will the tent be set up on?

How many guests are you expecting?

Will your guests be seated at rows of chairs or at tables and chairs?

If your guests are seated at tables and chairs, do you prefer long or round tables?

Do you need space for a dance floor?

Do you need space for food, cake, and head tables?

 

Some additional questions that will help us provide an accurate quote:

What town will the event be in?

Are you interested in lighting options?

Will you need linens or china?

Are you interested in set-up and take-down of tables and chairs?

 

Do the tents have sides on them?

We have side options available, however, they are not included in the tent cost.  Solid white wall is available for $1.00 per foot, Clear and Window wall is available for $1.50 per foot. 

 

I don't see ___________ listed as an item you carry.  Can you get it for me or tell me where I can get it?

Absolutely!  We are happy to help in any way we can.  Sometimes that means we can get something for you, other times it means we can refer you to someone who can.
