Renting supplies for an event is not something you do everyday, and we know you have lots of questions.

 

Here are the answers to some of the more common ones.

I'm not quite sure what I need- can you help?

Absolutely!  Just give us a call at 812-282-1055.

 

How soon do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations can be made at any time.  For the busiest months (April, May, June, September, and October), as well as holidays, we recommend placing your reservation at least 6 weeks before your event date.  However, we can take reservations up until the "last minute", depending on availability.  While we have a large inventory, we do get completely booked at times.  Therefore, for your peace of mind, booking early is the way to go!

 

How do I make a reservation?

Just call or stop by the store.  We will need your phone number, address, event date, and payment. 

 

Can I make payments?

Payment options may be available, based on order details.

 

Can I have my order delivered?

Yes. We do require a $100 minimum rental on deliveries. Once that has been met, we can add on delivery/pickup services.   The delivery/pickup fee is one flat fee for your entire order.  The cost is based on mileage. 

 

Are there "hidden" or "surprise" charges?

Never!  The rental cost is the cost you'll pay (plus tax, of course).  Many companies charge an accidental damage waiver (ADW) that can add 5-10% to your total rental. The only additional fees we charge are for delivery and the optional service of setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.  These fees are discussed with you before you make your reservation and you will be given a total cost, with no surprises.  

 

Can I pick up my rental items at the store?

Most items can be picked up at the store.  Tents and dance floors must be delivered due to size and to ensure correct installation

 

When will my order be delivered?

You will be contacted the week of your event to let you know when your delivery will be.  Delivery can be any day the week of your event, depending on our schedule. If you have specific requirements, please make sure to mention that when you call.
